Adam Mau-Goffredo's court-appointed caregiver, William Roy Carroll Jr., is the registered owner of the alleged murder weapon involved in the Tantalus triple homicide that took place last week. Mr. Carroll reported the handgun stolen the day *after* the crimes took place. Mr. Carroll reportedly hid the gun in a cooler and kept it under his neighbor's home. Turns out this neighbor is Adam's mother. These two adults were granted legal guardianship of Adam. What crack heads... This whole tragedy comes down to the fact that this weapon was not secured properly. For this, they should be punished.
I pray the jury finds Mr. Carroll's and Ms. Mau's negligence as caregivers to be an accessory to murder in this case.
